Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Summary: Shipping and Receiving duties and to handle tasks such as receiving inspections of aircraft components and parts, opening work orders, processing required documentation, packing goods in shipping containers, and developing shipping labels and documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Follow all company procedures and policies.

· Ability to ship items accurately and consistently while meeting daily shipping deadlines, maintaining organization of shipping area and inventory management and control.

· Must be familiar with UPS, FedEx and other major carrier's documentation and processes.

· Loading and unloading of merchandise, must be able to lift 50 pounds

· Maintain a clean and organized work area and a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Maintain and file documents and records up to date.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Basic Aviation procedures and knowledge

· Detailed organization skills

· Self-motivated, dependable with ability to work unsupervised
